An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Swan Practice for a Minor Illness Practitioner. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to complement our existing multi-professional team (consisting of nurse practitioners, paramedics, clinical pharmacist, practice nurses, HCAs and a phlebotomist).

This role will centre on providing high quality care to patients of the practice both in the clinic setting and in their own homes. Applications are welcome from qualified minor illness practitioners, nurse practitioners and paramedics with experience in dealing with minor illnesses in the primary care setting.  It would be beneficial if you are able to prescribe but not essential for this position.
