We are aware that Patient Access has now introduced a 'memorable' word as an additional security measure when logging into your patient access account. This has generated a large volume of calls to the practice . The patient access support team are the people best placed to help with these queries and can be contacted by going to www.patientaccess.com.

Online Appointment Service:
All online bookable appointments are for TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS ONLY. If booking one of these, please ensure we have your correct contact details.
If you require a telephone appointment with a GP today/soon, please download our free triage app – search for ‘Ask NHS’ in your mobile’s Apple or Google Play app store. Alternatively, you can visit http://onelink.to/asknhs for more information.
If you have two or more appointments booked with the practice, with either a Nurse or a Doctor, you will not be able to book a further appointment online. Please telephone instead.
GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. How to sign-up
For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address, like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up.
Online Messaging Service
Send a secure message to the practice - please read the guidelines in Patient Access.
Message are limited to 450 characters.
We aim to respond to you within 2 to 3 working days.
You will receive the reply directly to your Patient Access account.
A copy of the message and reply are stored on your medical record.
The practice cannot initiate messages to you, we can only reply.

Online Services for Under 16s
Due to confidentiality we are unable to offer children aged 15 and under all the online services. It is possible for online appointments, please speak to Reception for further information.
If you are a parent or a guardian who requests repeat prescriptions for a child and would like to do this online then please email us: email@example.com
Please state the child's name, date of birth and we will reply with a link to an online form.
Acute Medication Requests
Please either telephone reception to arrange to discuss with the doctor or use the messaging service in Patient Access.
